Haomai drying introduces activated carbon rotary flash dryer

Activated carbon rotary flash dryer

XSG system rotary flash dryer is a new product developed and designed by ourselves, which is bold in using foreign advanced technology and combining with the actual situation of domestic drying.

The hot air enters the main flash tower tangentially from the bottom air inlet of the main unit, forming a spiral high-speed rotating air flow in the main tower. At the same time, the size of the bottom annular gap is adjusted according to the different material properties, so that the wind speed is in a good and appropriate state. The material enters the drying tower directly through the screw feeder. Under the impact and drive of the high-speed airflow, the materials disperse rapidly and rotate with the airflow. For large and humid particles, the high-speed air flow is not enough to break and rotate at high speed, so it gradually falls under the action of gravity. When it falls to the bottom of the host machine, the crushing device at the bottom is forced to crush and granulation, and then the drying process is completed by rotating and rising with the high-speed air flow. In order to make the final moisture of the material reach extremely low and not be affected by the fluctuation of the initial moisture content, the multi-layer swirling plates are set in the drying tower to form a relatively stable fluidized bed. At the same time, the swirl plates also play a role in ensuring the residence time and classification necessary for drying.
